The representatives of our Club Natalia Shchegolkova and Pavel Kargashin participated in THE 9th ARSOMA which was held in Malaysia 8 August 2024. This events gather senior officials on agriculture from Russia and ASEAN Countries.

They took part the online session of the meeting to report about the successful (!) fulfilment of projects: “Design and Development of ASEAN – Russia Interactive Communication Network for the Exchange of Innovative Technologies on Sustainable Agricultural Development”, “Adaptation and Implementation of the Modern Molecular Biology Technologies in the agriculture and Wastewater Treatment of ASEAN countries and Russia” and about the progress for the project “Development of a model of the integrated approach in implementing innovative technologies in agriculture to increase the potential of development of remote areas of the ASEAN countries and Russia”.
The report
There were participants from ASEAN countries, regional and international organisations dealing with the problems of food security and agricupture. The reports aroused great interest and were highly appreciated by delegates.
