On August 3, the official opening of the Young AgroEcoVisionary 2025 (Young AEV 2025)
youth competition for applied environmental projects took place, with support from ASEAN. In
today’s world, where academic conferences, seminars, and webinars are becoming increasingly
predictable, the launch of a new event in the format of an interactive eco-game marks is a true
breakthrough.
Six student teams from universities across Southeast Asia are participating in the competition.
Each team has prepared a unique environmental challenge for others to solve. A specially
developed software platform enables participants to visualize their solutions in 3D, transforming
the event into a one-of-a-kind interactive experience that breaks down traditional barriers
between organizers and participants—making every attendee a co-creator of an environmental
project.
The event has attracted the attention of representatives from the Denpasar City Hall, who already
have established business partnerships with AgroEcoVeda through several joint environmental
initiatives.
A symbolic draw determined the order in which the student teams will present their challenges in
the days to come.
