I Putu Sudiarta
I Putu Sudiarta graduated from a PhD degree at Shinshu University (Japan) in 2011 in the field of applied biology. Since 2005 he joined with Faculty of Agriculture at Udayana University. He has written more than 25 publications in the Peer review Scientific Journals and International conferences with 5 articles indexed by Scopus with H-index 5. The most indexed article in The Journal of Biological Chemistry Q1 SJR, with title Bacillus subtilis CwlP of the SP-beta prophage has two novel hydrolase domains, muramidase andcross-linkage digesting d, d-endopeptidase. Research collaboration has been carried out with international partners about adaptation of Some tomato lines on local condition in Tabanan (Bali) with AVRDC-USAID, utilization of essential oil of lemongrass (Cymbopogoncitratus) as a Bio-pesticide to Control Plutellaxylostella (Lepidoptera: Plutellidae) on Tropical Plant Curriculum (TPC)-Project Collaborated with Texas A&M Univ. USA-USAID, diseases and pests management of cabbage using Trichoderma sp. and Bacillus Thuringensis in Bangli Village, Baturiti District And Tabanan Regency, Bali with Clemson University USA-USAID, Knowledge Co-Creation Program for Damage Assessment method on agricultural Insurance with Chiba University (Japan, JICA).
