Nurul Izzati

Nurul Izzati is a Molecular Biologist and Synthetic Biologist and has a 5-year experience working with recombinant protein either conventional or synthetic biology technic. She graduated from the Lund University (Microbiology Department) and the State University of Malang (Department of Chemistry).

At the moment, Ms Izzati is the Vice Rector for Collaboration and Development at Sumbawa University of Technology as well as a lecturer teaching biochemistry and molecular biology. She has also been a participant in several scientific research projects and was awarded a gold medal in International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) with a team from the Lund University in 2018.
